Farmers Festival = Feast time!

Slacked off the whole morning!!! haaaa.....

Got out and was gonna bike, then realised.....I AM TOO SHORT!...that bike was HIGH and can't adjust the seat height....I tried jumping on but felt too dangerous as I dunno the city well and big changes I will fall off when stopping!...argh...so decided to take the U-Bahn instead.........

Got out to the centre and just walked around..Frankfurt isn#t that interesting in terms of architecture to me...its all new skyscapers and the "old" buildings are not old. Quite a few art galleries and museums and decided to go to this one with a theme "Maxium Contrast by Kveta Pacovska" She is such a cool artist! Loved the colours and style she uses....=)

Walked around the artistic/designer district, came across this shop that helps young local artists and designers get their stuff out..which is a cool idea! The shop keeper was very friendly and we chatted for quite a while ne.....He even tried so hard to think of places for me to go in frankfurt! very nice person!!!

The main street was very crowded today with this..I think...Local Farmers Festival thing.....you see lots of food stalls...and livestocks.....I mean...these people bring two cows into the city and wants to sell them! haaa....another one with a car of pigs....then there were two goats.....haaaa! I wonder if anyone in frankfurt would actually buy them?? It was cool though! and the food was nice!!!!!!! lots of meat...sausages..potatoes...bread..wine..beer..fruits! I went out during lunchtime so many business people and working people came out as well!! It was so nice to see actual locals around!

I ended the day early since the museums were closed by then, and I didn't feel like shopping..(weird!!!????) But one thing I like here...shops open till 8 and not 6!!!!..makes WAY MORE SENSE! haaaa..
