Hello all.. We are just coming to the end of four days in the beautiful capital of Estonia - Tallin. a magical medieval walled city on the Baltic Sea full of 13-17 century buildings, churches and towers. We have enjoyed just wondering around taking in the sights and today had a few hours at the beach worshipping the northern sun! Not much to tell as we have been just indulging in hot chocolates, fine European pasteries, Estonian food (not the traditional pig's ears!) and beer! We will try and put a couple of photos on this one to give you some idea... taken from the top of St. Olaf's Catherdal once the tallest building in the world at 257m and now climbed to the viewing spot via 273 stairs! We are taking the bus tomorrow to Tartu (the second largest city in Estonia) a university town with leafy streets - or so the guidebook says....
