Glastonbury

Well what can I say! Hayden, Huia, Mazz, Sheree, Ben,Rachel, Jess, Guesty, Mike Kaz, Nic and I leave Victoria coach sation at around 7 and arrive at Glastonbury 5 hours later. Awesome site over 70,000 tents and 170,000 people crammed in for the music festival to end all. One small problem RAIN!! by Friday morning the mud is ankle deep no matter where you go. We took a tour round the site which took nearly half a day and get our bearings everything from any sort of food or drink you can imagine to casinos 7 stages with bands playing and dance tents galore. Saw some horrific sights hippies running around and people diving through the mud!! STUFF THAT! Went and saw the Who at the pyrimid stage which was awesome. Other bands we saw included The killers, Amy Winehouse, John Fogerty, The Kooks, Bloc Party, Lilley Allen, Fat Freddys Drop (Good Kiwi lads) Fat Boy Slim (Favourite) and many others. Pretty much rained the whole time we were there which is what usually happens there but still had an awesome time with a great crew and would do it again (not too soon tho). Arrive back late sunday to a very welcome shower dry clean clothes and sleep in a decent bed. Experience unforgettable 10 out of 10
