Three and a half months and it went in a blur!

i have had a great time and met some fantastic people.

Big thanks go out to Auntie Cath and Shane in Adelaide, Kieran and Anne in Sydney and Betty and Lindon in Queensland. They and their families were all absolutely fantastic.
I wish i could have had more time with them all. drinking wine in Adelaide, catching crabs in Queensland,(next time), being chased my spiders in Sydney,(not really).They were all absolutely great and so friendly once they'd got over over what an idiot their nephew/cousin was!

Big thanks also to Chris,(the lizard king) and Claireanne, Matt and Gerry,Bobbie and Krishna,
Colum O Reilly, Danni the Aussie,Jason Harper, Mimm and Aran to name but a few!


I did 18 flights,(about 36000 miles) and did untold miles by train,bus,car etc! (about 2000km in NZ alone)

stand out memories?

Bangkok, Temples, food,noise,smoothies,Chris's birthday,(im Mr Brightside)!!!

The trip to Chang Mai,(my fav bit in many ways)Elephants,bathing in the River, the night train,the bamboo raft,the banana fight on the way back! (oh and a bit of Trekking).Everyone on that trip was fantastic fun, i will never forget it or them.

Henley beach,the Quiz at the Guinness society where everyone won!
St Kilda and the cakes! A bar with a special painting

Sydney, Unusual pizza, the bridge, the opera house,Darling harbour,meeting back up with
Matt and Gerry,Toss the boss etc!

Byron bay and the sunset

Queensland, surf club,Yabbies,Betty and Lindons bar
Cairns and the reef,a beer on a deserted beach

NZ , the scenery, Kayaking,Skydive,Bungy

Samoa, the guys on the beach,the sunsets,staying in a beach fale,cloud 9 eco lodge
Tonga,the Yacht boys,the couple from NZ
Fiji, Raintree lodge, the park fiji beach house
LA, the hippies the people watching,seeing shops again !
Mexico, the sea,the food? a wonderful reunion
Cuba, the food,(we take a thee chickeeen),the buildings,the rum,the sea, the sand,swan lake

i can't wait to go again and do the full year or more, maybe go back to some places and some new ones.see some old friends and Family.(maybe meet up with Snowy in Thailand)!

its a big world and it was a fantastic adventure

Reading this made me so sad. I miss everyone from the Northern Thailand trip. Sounds like you had a great adventure Paul. Goodluck with everything. Hopefully we'll meet up again oneday.
