Easter weekend and four blissful work free days!

Blogging is addictive and we were finding the withdrawal difficult to take, so here we are back again. While travelling in Asia and particularly in the Philippines we found the Filipinos were very good at blogging and promoting their own country. I think we can try a little of that. As we are skint it's not likely we'll be getting much further than Ireland for the rest of the year. So we have decided to explore a county at a time.

First stop Wicklow, Dublin's south easterly neighbour. We took off on a beautiful sunny morning and had a great day exploring it's nooks and crannies. This is fabulous walking country and very popular due to being so close to the capital. We stopped off at a little farmhouse where an elderly woman kept us chatting for hours before sending us off with a dozen duck and hen eggs. I love these parts of Ireland and would pay double the price for eggs which still taste like eggs! The day ended with some scrumptious food in Avocca, it was mobbed due to the day being Good Friday. You'd think we should all be at home fasting...modern Ireland eh!

Simple But Attractive
My best friend's tekking in Hymalaya, Nepal. I'm feeling envious his tour and yours in Ireland, which is highly calm and simple, I think. Enjoy your trip. Good luck. from Korea.
