Kitchen
My lovely little kitchen - do I spend any time here? Well, occasionally. A girl has to eat afterall... Back in Fiji and, I guess, back 'home'. And since this is going to be my base for a while, I am now going to make a determined effort to make it more like home. Starting with my apartment. I am feeling quite pleased with myself because I've finally managed to get a whole bunch of things for the flat, including a very important item: a desk. I am deciding to stick with my no-TV regime as it seems to encourage me to read more and go out and do things more, which is a good thing. I am sure furniture shopping here will be an interesting experience...anyway for the time being I attach some more photos of my beautiful apartment showing the kitchen, the living room (which is huge and still looking a bit empty - but
Desk
My table/desk complete with tablecloth and map of Fiji on the wall. I kinda like it that way) and the balcony - which would be even better if there was someway of eliminating the mosquitos permanently, although I think I am slowly developing resistance!
