Robyn and I arrived this morning in Paris after a good nights sleep on the train. We feel like the floor is moving sometimes today, because we got used to the train movement. But Paris is wonderful. A lovely change of pace from Italy. The city is big and beautiful. Like NY but cleaner. Today we went to the Louvre and walked down the Champs Elysees. Now we are in a internet cafe in Marais, and I'm ready for a good dinner. Hopefully a Chiaki recomendation.

Thanks for checking
My girlfriend, Robyn and I loved Paris. It was the one city on the whole trip we really wish we'd had a lot more time to visit. Florence is really a must, especially for art. But just the environment is wonderful too. It's calm and easy to get around in like Venice, but where Venice was more about the ambience to me, Florence has really priceless art, maybe the best anywhere outside of Paris. I would love to come visit the Midlands sometime. I will keep you posted, and please keep me posted if you or your family comes to Los Angeles. All the best, Matt.
