or is it Aaahhhhh?
Hey guys, first up hope you all had a great christmas and new year.

We have moved on a lot from Peru passing through Arequipa to see the mummy Juanita and then on to the north of Chile for christmas and the new year on the beach. we are now in Patagonia and have just completed the big circuit of the Torres del Pain... sorry i meant Paine.

Before the walk I managed to earn myself 30 minutes of silent treatment from Stacey by saying ´its just a walk in the park´, but i managed to then undo this by mentioning that our food alowences included a large chocolate bar per day!

the scenery is really breathtaking and the full circuit feels so remote as nearly all of the people visiting the park choose the smaller less remote W circuit instead. In total we were in the park for 8 days, 7 of them being walking days and we covered over 100 km in total. To put that into context if you were to drive in the Lake district or North Wales for about one and a half hours at a fast pace then that is about how far we walked.

You really dont need to be a mountain man to complete this treck but be warned by day 5 Stacey was Glaswiegen kissing trees for breakfast before running over a mountain! Each day had its challenges and the remoteness was amasing, with us seeing almost nobody during the walking sections and only about 20 people in total untill we hit the W treck paths.

We will let the photos do the talking from here on because typing is just too much like hard work at the moment... ouch we ache!
