Day 32

Edmonton – LA - Melbourne

The alarm went off at 4.45 so that we could get to the airport for our 8.30 flight to LA. After a few tears and the final listen to Shotgun by George Ezra we said our good byes. They are always difficult. We have some amazing memories from the past 4 and a bit weeks. We left on time flying in Premium economy. Arrived in LA and then found a quiet spot in a corner on a 2 seater couch which became our hide out for the following 10 hours. We are now waiting to board the long flight home. We had a smooth flight home with a great crew on board the Qantas flight. Arrived early and then a long wait for our cases. As they say first on last off.
It has been an amazing 32 days and would not have wanted to to it with anyone else. Thank you to Karly, Scott, Rob and Penni, and above all thank you Ron.
