Our first stop was Quebec City; then onto the Maritimes! It was good to spend the summer with old friends in Cook's Harbour! Here are some of the highlights of our trip preserved in photos.











EPILOG — May 19, 2020

The Pandemic

Well, our travel plans for this year have come to an inglorious end. The airline industry is in a state of chaos. There are no flights from Canada to Russia. Also my doctor believes it is unwise for an old guy of 70 to be traveling during a pandemic. (Even Miranda agreed that traveling would be unwise.) Therefore I am sad to say that our entries on Travelblog are being postponed indefinitely. Still we had a pretty good run...

Yep lost 130 lbs. Avoid salt, carbs (starches and sugars). Eat lots of green veggies and fish ...And lots of exercise!
