I want to go to the Sout Island in the end of April for 10 days. I have no idea wich organisation I should choose to go! There are so many! Did you go with any organisation which you liked? I'd like to hear good feedbacks from any organisation so it would help me to choose...
HELP!!!!!!

Hi Laura,

I've used Bottom Bus for the lower South Island. Had a great time, and would happily use them again. Reply to this

I really enjoyed my time with Stray (www.straytravel.com) around the South Island - though have nothing to compare them with.

What do you want to see/do in the South Island?
Depending on needs you could either use a backpacker bus like Stray - or just a city-to-city express bus. Reply to this

Hey Laura,

I've been in the north island 6 months, have done the kiwi and stray busses and am now doing a campervan round the south island. U need to decide what you want to get you of your trip in the limited time you have.

If you want to meet other young travellers and do some activites with people, do either kiwi/stray/magic busses. They all offer different ideas and things so you'd need to check them all out on their websites.
If you want the independant travell then look into hiring (expensive), naked bus (online only) or you can hitch if your really up for an adventure.
if you have a budget to, bare in mind costs of accomodation, food activities and this may help you decide what funds you have left to dictate a travell means.

hope this is usefull

safe journey
