Reply to this Hi richirich78; Try searching http://www.gaijinpot.com/job_search.php Its a fairly popular site, and has info on finding accomodation, classified ads etc.
http://www.sakura-house.com/ is another accomodation site.
http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/03.html is a site in English regarding visas.
Personally, having done a working holiday and being currently in Japan on a work visa, I would suggest getting in a decent application for a working holiday visa
(don't need a sponsor), you can always go back on a full work visa later.
Just found these WHV links; http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/w_holiday/index.html
http://www.jawhm.or.jp/eng/index.html

Sorry I can't help with the Korea part, try searching Google - good luck :-)
Reply to this Probably should've included this for the JET Programme, http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/jet/
Reply to this also try the infamous TEFL job site Dave's ESL cafe - www.eslcafe.com - for a korean and international jobs board if you haven't already.
