wanting to live in uk

hi, u said u are pregnant. if ur baby born in uk the baby get british automatically. but u have to get marry with that guy for getting british citizen. for this u must to know ur origin countrys law too. if u tell clear ur country and where do u living now i can help u more. because some countries law is care where do u get marry with a foreigner. uk government mostly want that u have to marry in ur country with an english man.. anyway tell me ur country and where u living now, in uk or in ur origin country? Hİ, i am a Turkish lawyer and i had lived in uk i got some cases about international marriage and citizinship problems. as i know if u can get marry with that guy in Sydney quickly and if he send u some paper from getting his municipality then u will go to UK and there u have to apply to department of Ministry of İnternal Affairs u can get british citizenship then.. i mean this marriage doesnt give u citizenship automatically u have to apply in UK. but i think if u are Australian citizen u can do this formalities easily. all i mean to say you; get marry in Australia (where u live and which country u have citizenship) and quickly go to UK if ur baby born in UK the baby automatically get citizenship. and u can apply for yourself to Ministry of İnfernal Affair.. good luck bye bye Reply to this
