Blogger of the Month Awards Reply to this Wow, thank you. We had an amazing time in Sri Lanka and I hope this shows through in my travelblogs. My writing can often be quite cynical as I encounter things and people that annoy me but that was very rarely the case in Sri Lanka-in fact the only person that annoyed me I think was a fellow Brit! The Sri Lankans themselves were wonderful as was the food, the wildlife and all the things to see and do.
We have short trips planned to Venice and Tromso over the next few months and then our big trip next year will more than likely be to Vietnam and Laos. I hope you'll read all about our further adventures.

Your enjoyment of your trip definitely showed through in your writing...and I think 'humorous cynical-ness' is a good and entertaining thing 😊
