Have you ever experienced any negative problems with renting a property from one of these organizations?
I would also like to hear your really positive experiences or any particular apartment in a particular city that you highly recommend.
We are currently traveling and staying in Air BnB properties. Our experiences have been very good for the most part. Some owners exaggerate slightly about what the apartment offers. Example: The photo of the apartment was an open window. When we arrived we learned the window didn't open easily and faced a very small inner courtyard surrounded by 4 walls. This provided no ventilation.
