Some people say that I can easily get it 'converted' in HCMC, some say it requires tons of red tape and a 10+ day wait. Someone else said I could probably get it done online before I leave.
What is the most current information, and how can I expedite the process? Anything I need to do immediately, considering I'll fly over there in ~6 weeks?
who had converted to be, can tell me more about it?
