Free volunteer opportunity to teach English to kids in Hospital, Nairobi, Kenya.
Hello all!
Visit-a-patient is a non-profit, FREE volunteer opportunity for anyone traveling to Kenya. The program is located in "Kenyatta National Hospital", which is Kenya's largest government hospital located in the capital city of Nairobi.
The program is operated under the guidance of the public relations office and was founded in 2009. It is a daily, on-going program with a super flexible schedule to meet a variety of needs with a wide variety of fun activities.

Visit with:
• orphans
• disabled
• abandoned babies
• elderly
• destitute
• widows
Activities include:
• English tutorials (all materials are provided)
• Games time ( table tennis, foosball, pool, football, soccer)
• Toy time (Lego, roller blades, jump rope, coloring, cards, and puzzles)
• physiotherapy (move disabled children from beds to their wheelchairs)
