Friends of mine are cycling for a few weeks and emailed me to see if I could find out the ATM locations outside of the big cities. Do they exist? Where are some if you don't mind letting me know? Sapa? They Oh here is the direct question
Can you find out which towns/cities northwest of Hanoi have ATM machines? Dien Bien Phu? Sa Pa? Others? Our real challenge is finding them once we leave Hanoi. Any help on this would be fantastic!
