Reply to this When is cheaper, it's cheaper with a reason. Many people from USA and Canada are coming in Dominican Republic, for example, to do a liposuction, breast implants, dental work, etc but rarely any of operations goes smoothly and easily. Occasionally you can see in newspapers how "doctors" don't have permission to work, they are not qualified for that kind of job or even any kind of medical job... Not enough clean equipment, primitive and bad quality equipment, list goes on... Not worth a risk, if you ask me.
