Has anyone ever dived, or has any information with regards to diving with Whale Sharks in the Philippines?

I am looking for the best times of year to go, costs, area etc etc

Boat 3500 pesos shared boat and costs, Place Donsol, Time March to june, Google Donsol, Fly Manila Legetspi Phillipines air (I cant spell) Left side of plane to see mount Mayon on the way in.

The good news to all international travelers is that Bhutan is planning to fully open for tourism / international Travelers from September 2022 onwards with no quarantine. Once the Government’s relevant authority and the Tourism Council of Bhutan release the notice about the same it will be confirmed that the quarantine will be lifted from September 2022.
