If you're doing it with kids (yes, it's possible!) I would ended with a short trip to Disney World. There's nothing more full of magic and fantasy than taking them there unexpectedly. They'll remember it forever. I did it for about 7 years ago and it was so much fun. <snip> Hope it can help someone out 😊
