Tips for cool places to party in Europe.

Hey all.
My name is Felipe, I´m from Brazil and I just joined TB.
The reason why I did was because I saw that people really help each other here, and that´s awesome!

I´m starting to plan a trip around Europe. its gonna be my first time, BUT, I just got out of a crazy relationship so I just wanna party! Yes, party! I will have lots of time and opportunities to do tours around cities and learn about the history of all Europe. So for now, me and my buddy with just wanna party hard.

He want to go to Eastern Europe, and I totally agree. We are planning on staying for 2 weeks, so basically that give us 10 or 11 days to visit, and 3 to 4 days to travel Brazil-Europe-Brazil. I have look around a little bit, and those are the places I read some good things about:

Croatia - Zagreg
Poland - Krakow, Sopot
Czech Republic - Prague
Hungary - Budapest

People say those are some nice places to party! So, what you say? Any other places we should see? Reply to this

It will be hard to all those countries in only two weeks.

Praha is a crazy party city. Beer is cheaper than water and it is a beautiful city.

In Croatia I really recommend the coast. Some islands have great party reputation. Zadar and Dubrovnik are good bet.

Poland. I like poland a lot, but not sure it is the place to go in Europe to party.
Amsterdam is a better but more expensive choice. I like Corfu in Greece and the pink palace is THE party hostel in europe.

Budapest is cheap and beautiful. I love this city and it is close to Praha.

you can check my blog. I been to all those place several times.

Wow, I can't believe there aren't a ton of responses to this. I looked at it when you posted, but thought that there would be a flood of good party places. Here is my 2 cents. Zagreb would be the only town that I probably would skip. It is a large town, but there aren't a lot of great things to see. Prague is a great town, lots of beer (and I mean lots) I think you would like it. As Synnott said, Budapest is cheap and beautiful. Vienna is a quick trip from Budapest and has a lot going on. It might be a fun place for you. My personal recommendation would be to spend more time in Prague, Krakow and Budapest and enjoy yourself. Hope you have a great time. Reply to this

I disagree that there aren't a lot of things to see in Zagreb, I was spoiled for choice last time I was there and I'm just about to spend another couple of days there to finish it all! Although I don't know about its party scene. The festival scene on the Croatian coast is limited to the summer, which is I guess when you'll be travelling. If you do go to Croatia, be careful of visa requirements because it isn't in the EU or the schengen area yet.

Budapest is a must, and so is Poland, you can go to any city and find a party scene. Krakow is tourism-oriented, other cities like Warsaw, Lodz, Poznan, Katowice have more underground (therefore crazier) club scenes. I also like Bratislava nightlife a lot, it's a small scene but I've never had a boring night out in that city, people are really friendly. And Prague, well, I have a love-hate relationship with the Prague club scene in summer, it gets extremely cheesy, but go there, the beer is cheap and the city is beautiful. Reply to this

In my humble opinion, you should definitely visit Krakow, Poland😊 I may not be objective, because I live here, but i also spent lots, lots of time in Praga and Budapest and I strongly advise Krakow. Why? It is cheaper than Praga, more beautiful than Budapest, have buzzing night life. I disagree, that we don't have underground club scenes - if you know where to look, you would be surprised what you can find here 😉 And people are wonderful, very kind and very, very hospitable (seriously, hospitality is the core of Polish tradition).
Oh, I almost forgot. We have the most beautiful women and the best vodka in the world 😊 Reply to this

You can party in Malta on the beach! Last year, I found <snip>, made the reservations and the next thing you know I was in Malta's island partying in their districts! You can check out each island to see what it has to offer. It is a way different view comparing with the central-European cities!

I'm heading to Europe for similar reasons, my first stop is the greek island of Ios! From what I've heard and experiences of some friends, its crazy partying well into the morning. Maybe consider here if a beachy scene is for you, but if you've only got two weeks there could be better places I'm not sure. Reply to this

Ios is quite crazy. Are you on busabout. If you are, be ready for quite an adventure. You might need a couple weeks to recover.

If you travel alone try to hit the Pink Palace in Corfu they have a bus leaving from Athens and also ferries connecting Italy. If you have a Europass it is free to use the ferry.
