Hi guys, just came across this thread and noticed we were mentioned in it 😊 Thanks Dave and Merry Jo for the nomination! We will be blogging again in about two weeks when we start a trip to Turkey via Singapore and London...would love to blog more often, but alas we work for ourselves and have to limit ourselves to one OS trip a year at the moment. Reply to this Great news - you'll love Turkey - the Roman ruins in the country are probably more impressive than those found in Italy. Oh, and did I mention the food - both in Turkey and Singapore - both wonderful eating destinations!

I was reading some of the bloggers this morning who have only one nomination to see if I want to provide them a second. There are not too many of them who are currently blogging.....unless you let me 2nd some of the ones I nominated...ha ha, I've accidently done that in the past and now Jo calls those MJ points.
I will double check the list tonight when I get home. I'm sure I've missed someone or the 2nds will need to come from someone else.

Re: Blogger of the week, just checking on the rules/criteria - is nominating/seconding only open to admins/moderators? If it isn't, I would like to second
The Bus Diaries Reply to this Nominations, seconds, thirds are open to everyone! it just so happens that the moderators usually do that, but it is not an exclusive club. Feel free to add some more nominations/seconds/thirds if you so wish.
Only nomination rule is that they have four or less recommends, as five recommends make someone eligible for the front page. Also, they cannot be in the Hall of Fame. Apart from that, all nominations welcome!
