I nominate Brendan for blogger of the week. He is a traveler who has met with some adversities on the road and kept his sense of humor. A chef who embraces other cultures and their foods. He has another trip planned in the next few months and is considering blogging about his local area in California.

The new requirements for Featured Blogs are higher than they were, so this is quite an achievment to overcome them.

At least 500 words in the blog and at least 4 photos.
