Many bloggers have been members of the travel blog community for several years and have published many blogs and yet for whatever reason they have not yet made it to the front page.
I would like to give those bloggers a bit more attention. I would like you to decide if they have earned your recommendation.
Hi,
I've been writting regularly on TravelBlog since 2006 for personal enjoyment. I joined shortly after the 50k blog post mark, I coincidently missed the 100k mark by two blog entries and I've surpassed 160 blogs this year. I only just recently realised how involved the TravelBlog community was and I'd be interested to get feedback on my entries.

I'm glad you have recently realized how involved the travel blog community is and will find it useful and possibly develop some friendships as we have.
Answering questions, asking questions and participating in the travel forums is a great way to get to know other travel bloggers. Because of a friendship we had made through travel blog we recently traveled to the Philippines to meet a fellow travel blogger.
I've just read a couple of your blogs and have really enjoyed your stories. We will nominate you for blogger of the week. I'm really glad you call attention to yourself.
It is always hard to understand how someone who has written as many blogs as you have can be unknown .....but I think there are over 500,000 members. I'm unsure of the exact number but I'm glad we've seen your work.

Reply to this Bill and Gerri are seasoned bloggers with 78 published blogs, 128 photos. They have been travel blog members since 2011. Now retired and most vacations are via bicycle.

mr mink joined TB in 2009, has published 218 blogs and over 2300 photos.
Reply to this Backpackermatt an Australian, who at the age of 27 decided he'd had enough of the work a day world and took off to travel. That was in 2006 and looks like he's still going. He's already won photo of the week but has not made it to the front page yet. Maybe you will want to follow his work.

Reply to this s v Tsamaya they haven't made it to the front page yet but with 151 blogs under their belt & 4500 photos they are likely to make it. They've won blogger of the week and continue to sail the world.

In response to: Msg #176305 I've been Following them for a couple of years, and they were also Blogger of the Week. So having three more Followers would put them on the Front Page. Having finished the sailing season repairing their boat in the Netherlands, they are now spending the winter in London, so may not publish too many blogs until they go to sea again in the Spring.
Reply to this I thought I was already following them, but was not. That is now rectified, so they now need only two more followers to reach the front page.
