At least 1 photo in the blog, that has been uploaded within 10 days prior to publishing the blog.
At least 400 words in the blog.
These requirements are also subject to change. To ensure that you get to be and remain a Front Page blogger, make your presence felt to get more recommends. People who are most visible generally get more recommends.
To make your presence felt you could do some of the following.
Post on the forums
Comment on the blogs of others
Recommend other bloggers
Get as many blogs as possible on the Front Page while you fulfill the current recommends requirement. Note: Only one of your blogs can be on the Front Page at a time, so wait until one drops off the queue, before posting the next, to maximise the number of viewings each blog gets.

Reply to this Jason, I read your personal page and it seems like you are well on your way to completing your goal of reaching 100 countries. You may be interested in doing some research on a group called Travelers Century Club.
We move around the world much slower than you so you will meet that goal far sooner than we will. We like to spend extended periods of time in each country. To spend time talking with the locals and gain an understanding of their life and the issues they face each day--- understand their religion, politics and health care. It is good to see the games the children play as they grow up and understand what their educational experiences are like.
