I have my own Jeep in kampala and its able to rent it with driver. hes my brother in law and made already many safaris with guest to all National parks. He can book also the gorilla permits and for the chimpanzees.
Tanzania with Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, or Zanzaibar are also possible.
