Thanks for making this photo your photo of the week. The photo was taken at Tops in Cebu City, Philippines. At about 2000 feet above sea level, you can see a beautiful view of the city of Cebu and Mactan Island from here. The photo above was the resting and dining area of Tops. Reply to this
