Im a U.S citizen vietnamese guy and I\'m planning to marry a vietnamese girl from vietnam. I have to go through a psychiatric evaluation in order to get a marriage license and I am wondering if they would pull health records from your home country for the psychiatric evaluation ?? One of my cousins who lives in vietnam says that they won\'t and all they are going to do is talk to you and I\'m not sure if that is correct or not. Can you please help me out ?? What would the psychiatric evaluation be like ????
