Where can I combine a holiday, with rest and building up my health?

Hi to everyone! soon I'll have a vacation. I would like to visit an interesting place where I can combine rest with building up my health. Maybe someone can recommend a resort with health care programs, spa treatment? Where have you been and what places are you going to visit? Reply to this

Can you be more specific? Are you having a certain country in mind? Reply to this

hello..
When you are first planning a vacation, you need to stop to consider what you really want to do during your time off. Many work schedules only allow for one or two vacations a year; so for some, vacations come very infrequently. Given the experience of how quickly fun time passes by, you'll likely want to spend the time doing activities you really have wanted to do for a long time. In fact, if you've had a dream vacation on your mind for a while, start planning for it!

herohont, I have already begun to plan it! 😊

Muniesa, I came around one site, they offer some interestingdestinations with Spa treatment and preventive health care programs.

I am considering Czech Republic.
I am wondering if anyone visited that country.
Was it expensive to stay there? What about service there?

I don't necessarily know the state of you mind, body and soul, so it is a tad difficult to recommend a destination, resort or style of trip.

In terms of relaxation and rejunvenation? I would say that destinations like the east coast of Queensland (specifically the Whitsundays).

I recently watched the National Geographic TV series about Queensland and it brought back so many memories of my time sailing through with my fiancee (now my wife).

We connected and grew on that trip and that is what life is all about. Reply to this

Well tough to answer without more specifics. I know when I need a break I head to La Fortuna (I live in Costa Rica) where I then baste myself in thermal waters heated from Arenal Volcano. At times I will go Miravalles Volcano and use the therapeutic natural muds available (5 in all).

I guess when I feel like I need a break I look for the nearest Volcano, huh... Reply to this

I would like to suggest Israel and speciafically the Dead Sea!!! a beautiful country with lots to see and enjoy and the Dead Sea and its minerals are world famous for being a good place to relax, get care and treatments!!! you can always combine it with activities such as diving in the red sea, relaxing on the mediterenean, site seeing in the holly and unique city of jerusalem and many more.
