This is for all travelers who visit the center west of Brazil Pantanal, BE very careful with the situation that follow:
The company called Pantanal trecking and Ecological Expedition is the same crap tour.
This miscellanious of names is just to confuse the travelers going to pantanal and sure the travelers will be ripped off
This company has lost the accreditation of the HI hostel (Hostelling International), the camp of those bad people located at the park road has been closed for many reasons mainly for breaking the rules of the eco tourism in accordance with the new guide book south america on a shoe string 2010 edition
Be careful when you get approached by former “guides” from pantanal that are working in Foz or in Argentina, they promisse free nights and wil do everything for you to buy a tour from this company, pre booking the tour to pantanal and to Bonito.
Avoid buying any tours of the Pantanal and Bonito during your stay in Foz do Iguacu. You will lose your money and not get the promisses that´s supposed to be delivered.
There are plenty of good companies in campo Grande offering a much better experience for a reasonable prices.
