How are weather/road/driving condition for enduro motorcycles in Mongolia during July&August

We are planning with a small group of motorcyclist from Finland and Estonia travel to Mongolia for next summer with our motorcycles. We plan to drive through Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia (from west, entering to Mongolia from Russian side crossing to Baikal lake from UB)

We will leave Finland beginning of July and we would be in Mongolia perhaps middle of July or end of July. I have been however adviced that it is time in Mongolia when most of rain happens and it can make travelling impossible as you cant cross rivers and most of land is very muddy and impossible to drive.

Has anyone been in Mongolia in that time and is there drivable routes/areas during that time? Reply to this

Rain in summer time in any country is possible, but we don't have a rain season in Mongolia. Even if it rains, it lasts for 2-3 days at the most. However, rains you will see in Mongolia will be very heavy but lasting for only few minutes to a couple of hours. But this can definitely cause a flood. However, if rain is whats causing you a worry you are wasting your time even thinking about. Because it will just be fine and I would rather say: Be prepared for the hot water and unpaved & dirt road through out the country side area. We have what we call: Road of 1000 and it was a project to build "highway" type of road across the country. But this was never completed.
Not only do you need to be prepared for hot weather and dirt road ( most of the times ) but also be prepared for the AMAZING UNSPOILED NATURE ^ ^ 😊
Thanks,
