Looking for new talent! Seen anyone's journals that are making you laugh, cry or just keeping you interested for hours...
Yeah - Echo that Erik! - awesome blog and that last one is a must read.
Reply to this The one I'm reading right now that I really enjoy is Dal and Ab @ http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/Dal-and-Ab/
Reply to this I just started reading his, and in my opinion quite interesting-- "pushonnorth" - "Tim Malloch"
Reply to this I nominate Lush. He's pretty good... Hear that Lush?? I like ur blogs!
Reply to this I've been following both
Dal and Ab and recently discovered
Ellen Around the World. Great stories, writing style and pictures plus they're of interest to me becasue we're following a similar route.
I also want to say thanks to
Ali for setting up this travelbog site. It's more than just a site to keep your friends and family updated with pictures and stories, it's up-to-date real-time travel information and I've been using the site for research before we hit the road! Brilliant! And on another note, I reckon it's one of the more attractive and easy to navigate blog sites around! I'm hooked.
(And in writing the html code I noticed that Ali is blogger #1!, and we're like #24972 so that shows the success of the site too...)
Reply to this Best prose: Aspiringnomad

Best alternative: Bedreddin (who hasn't blogged in ages)
I like Cam2Yogi as well, but his english can be sometimes challenging for a foreigner
Reply to this you've gotta love bikepacker, its just an amazing trip!
Reply to this I just started reading "PushonNorth" after his post caught my attention in another topic. So far, he's making me want to go on a very long bike ride....too bad its winter in Alberta and I dont have a bike.
I highly recommend this blog....his writing style is casual but engaging!!
Reply to this How do you pick which bloggers get on the front page, and how come recently some of them have been really old blogs? Some of the newer blogs may not have such amazing photos but its still nice to read something from now!
Reply to this What a fantastic site!! Many many thanks are due from all of us readers & bloggers to Ali for the time & trouble he's put himself through setting up this unique corner of cyberspace to bring so many like-minded people that much closer together. Its by far the best research resource on the planet!! As for favourite bloggers, Mikey P is a hoot & a special mention to aspiringnomad , not the kind of backpacking/holiday trip I'd consider but a damn good read from a modern day Saint!
Reply to this Howdy! We just got engaged in tropical Glasgow. My partner organised & excuted an amazing proposal on a tight backpacker budget & i want the world, or the travelblog world, to know all about it. Can you please feature our entry! It took me 100% by surprise & it was so amazing. Thanks in advance.
Reply to this Justyne and Andrew - a massive congratulations! - sorry I didn't get the chance to put your entry on the front page - it would have been a perfect valentines day headliner.
Reply to this Sandal slut brings a new twist to the traditional blog. Worth a look. . . .
