Can anyone tell me how much we can expect to pay to get us from Phnom Penh Airport to the centre of town? as have been quoted by the hotel for $15 but want to know if this is reasonable price or no. Thanks for any help..
Reply to this Im not really sure, but I think we spent a lot less then $15 from the center of town to the airport. Actually I think we spent $8 dollars for a twin bed room with private bathroom when we were In Phnom Penh. Its a cheap place...
Reply to this I think, $15 is too much, like atle said, you can rooms for less than that. I can let you know, I will be ariiving there this Sunday, you could probably do some bargainning if that is your thing. They will try to take you to a hotel where they may get a commission. Have one in mind if you can and make sure the driver knows how to get there. Good luck. Dar

Reply to this Hello, sorry for the delay in response, but the first driver I asked quoted me $7. To get into to town. Alot depends on which part of town you are going to. The River front is closer than the lake, which of course will be more than the river. Good luck on your travels and be ready for the heat. Oh, and have lots of fun. 😊

thanks for getting the info for us, at least we have more of an idea of what to pay now. Hope your travels are going well, we will be there in just over 2 weeks, we will be ready for the heat, we already live in Greece so used to hot temps.. take care
