Reply to this I've been lucky enough to have been to some amazing places (the kind of places it would be difficult to take a bad photo of).
I think these two from Yosemite National Park rate amongst my all time favourites. I'd just 'invested' in a digital SLR, so these made me feel less guilty spending all that money. 😊
Reply to this I haven't taken any photography classes and can barely operate my digital camera. My thoughts on taking great pictures is to take 1000's and you are bound to capture a few great ones. Here are 2 shots we both love, one Alan took and the other myself. Contest! Which do you like better?

This was a headstone (wooden) in a climbers cemetary near Bariloche - I think the detail in the carving is amazing!
