any suggestions and advice on whether to head for Torres Del Paine and try to fit in the W trek or whether I should head for the Fitzroy range and trek there
I have 6 days in Patagonia next January and am flying into El Calafate. I plan on renting a car to maximise flexibility in the 6 days I have available.
I would welcome any suggestions and advice on whether to head for Torres Del Paine and try to fit in the W trek or whether I should head for the Fitzroy range and trek there. I also want tyo set a day aside to visit the Moreno Glacier
Any tips on driving in the area also welcomed are the roads to the above destinations surfaced or are some gravel - what are travel times like

Roads as I remember are fine. I trekked the Fitz Roy and it was amazing, but i was disappointed I didn't do the W.
As for the Glacier, it is one of the most amazing things I saw on my travels. We spent 3 hours staring at it and had to be pulled away from it. Check my blogs if you want.
