Reply to this Hi Kevin and Ammi. Bordain came over here to the Phillippines and raved about the roasted pig he had. Two types of lechon (roasted pig) we have here. One is simply roasted, eaten with a liver sauce. Another, from a place called CEBU (a short flight from Manila) is roasted with lotsa herbs inside. Yummy! Anthony raved about the second one.
