I do have a couple of my own, but none uploaded into a blog, so I am posting this typical one from a current front page blog.

You know, the funny thing is, as a pretty serious photographer, I don't even have one of these. I will definitely have to experiment! 😊 Reply to this

I like this one, with Mount Kilimanjaro peeping up through the clouds in the distance.

virgin atlantic - manhatten in the background!
My mate pointed out that Richard Branson (owner of Virgin and has had huge legal rows with British Airways) put the british flags on the tips to get on BA's nerves after they banned him from using it elsewhere on the plane due to copyright - can you copyright a national flag?

...can you copyright a national flag?

That copyright would be reasonable if it only applies to people starting new countries and using other countries flag design for their national flag. :D Reply to this

Well, the wingtips show in this photo, but I think I would rather take the photo from inside the plane.

definatly is a travelling 'must do' on every trip - the shot out the window - i just booked a flight and chose a seat near the window so i can get a wing tip shot!!! Reply to this

And tell us in the caption what you are looking out at. Even when it is not I who am flying, I still get excited when I see a photo and discription about somebody else flying someplace. I suppose, every traveller can relate to that 'things are about to get interesting' feeling that flying someplace gives. 😊

I am starting to wonder why pics like these are never on postcards. I think views from planes would make good ones. Reply to this
