I leave to travel Oz beginning of January 2010. Ive got a years working visa but to be honest i really don\'t even know where to start!
Where will the best weather be at what times!? What is there to do and where! and if your also going would love to here from you!

I'm going to be in Oz from the 6th Jan to mid feb, travelling up from Sydney to Cairns, so we'll both be hitting Oz at the same time i assume? Have been told this will be hot. Sort of have an idea of places I want to gp but much research needed!

up north stays warmer for longer so if i was you i would start down south and work your way up the east coast so your in the warmer weather for longer
unsure where you are both from and what heat your used to but it can get fairly hot, Melbourne is known to be one of the colder places in Australia but we still went through a hot patch this summer of 45-48 degrees Celsius (120 farenheit)
