As part of a grand round-the-world clusterF, I'm researching the cheapest, fastest way from UB to Amman, Jordan on July 1st. So far the best I've found is $951 USD, but we're talking a 27-hour marathon with huge layovers in Beijing and Dubai.
What do you think? Would you pay $951? I'm not sure an overland route or combination overland/flight route would be any cheaper or faster...curious.
