has anyone got info on the red tape or problems with buying a car in India and driving it out of the country?

Planning an adventure and need some advice and any info around this - a friend is hoping to buy an Ambassador and drive it back to England.
Need to research the paperwork needed and routes...seems so easy when you look at a map, but then human beings get in the way! Reply to this
