hello everybody,
we´ll be (my girl-friend and me) in canada round the eastern regions in june for 16 days. it´s obvious that we´ll visit the big cities like toronto, quebec, montreal, ottawa and the niagara falls and so on. doesn´t anybody know some "special" places which are worth to see? does anybody know something about parry sound and kingston? does anybody stay at the same time round the eastern regions beginning on 4 th june? thank you for your pointers and comments! hi rick, sounds like a great trip! i can really recommend Nova Scotia as a possibility - it's an absolutely beautiful area and might be a relaxing getaway from all the cities you've been visiting.

We spent a few days around Halifax, the capital, and then headed to the Bay of Fundy which was absolutely fantastic...we stayed in a little place called Five Islands, but there's bigger towns and other places you can go too - Brier Island is a very unique destination where you can go whale watching, for example. If you want to see eastern Canada, then there's more east of Nova Scotia. Not many really spiffy top resorts but we have icebergs, whales, tons of seabirds, etc. Bay of Fundy is nice too. So is Cape Breton Island.
