Hi!
Please help me! I'm booking the train ticket via internet for the first time. So I have simple question.

I want to book the ticket from Berlin (Germany) to Amsterdam (Netherlands).

I can book it via bahn.de (German railroads site) or hispeed.nl (Netherlands railroads site). The price at hispeed.nl is better.

Is it OK, if I book the ticket from Germany not via German railroads site?

Is the man at the Berlin's railway station said me "OK" if I show him ticket reservation not from official bahn.de site? And even not from German site?

Thank you!

Kirill

Hello Kirill 😊

You can book it on the Dutch site. Take your passport with you when going on the train. They will ask to see id.
