Howdy! New to the boards and was wondering if this is an okay place to post a rough itinerary for critique/suggestions?
Reply to this Yeah, that is certainly OK.

Reply to this Thanks Mel! It's an 8 week, mid-Sept to mid-Nov trip. Also my first trip overseas so any critique is more than welcome. I'm keeping it pretty loose in terms of how long to spend per stop, but I'd liek to hear any suggestions. This is the route I'm considering:
- London
- Brugges (via Brussels and back)
- Amsterdam
- Prague (I'm assuming a flight?)
- Vienna
- Munich
- Interlaken
- Dolomites
- Rome (a flight the best route?)
- Cinque Terre
- Barcelona
- Madrid
- Lisbon
- Lagos
- Rabat (would anything other than a flight make sense?)
Other points of interest:
Werfen / Rothenburg / Frankfurt / Budapest
Reply to this I moved this to the New to Independent Travel forum. It might get more replies here.

Reply to this hey, that sounds like a great trip!
i would really recommend Budapest..its a gorgeous place!
Reply to this Hi There
I think that your trip sounds good but you are trying to see a lot of places in 8 weeks. I would suggest to leave some flexibility in your trip as you might like one country a lot and then you can stay there longer and explore and e.g. visit Vienna and Salzburg in Austria or Lisbon and Porto/Coimbra in Portugal etc.... Are you travelling by train?
If you can, I would visit Berlin as it is great city to visit but we don't know what you like to see and experience during your travels. However, you seem to like cities😊. I personally do not think that Munich or Frankfurt are very attractive citiies for tourists. How did you choose the places to visit?
