Hola amigos!
We are still in the Sacred Valley in Peru. But this morning, instead of our lessons, we had a thrilling activity planned- white water rafting! We drove for an hour to the end of the river and then had a safety breifing. Then we got into the water in canoes- Alicja with Dad, Emma with Doogie (the instructor) and Mum, Patrick and Tosia together. During our journey, we thought that the tiny rapids we saw were the min ones, but how wrong were we! They were nothing compared to the foaming, chaotic, rocky and freezing rapids we really encountered! Afterwards we had our lessons, which were warm and much appreciated after the adrenalin-pumping rapids.
