Vacsina autobusov ktore v meste premavaju by v ziadnom pripade v Europe nepresla technickou - to bolo vidiet uz na prvy pohlad.

It takes about 8 hours from Huaraz to Lima so we decided to take a night bus and arrived to Lima at 5 am. It was still dark so we decided to wait in a waiting room till light - because of the safety and also we werent sure if it wasnt too early to check in our hotel. Before 8 we hailed taxi and went to the centre, where we found beautiful hotel in old historic centre in about 15 min. We both felt a bit sleepy and decided to have a quick nap, of course it took longer and in the end we had just time to visit one museum - Museo Nacional. First impression from Lima - it looks like any other big city full of huge and modern buildings and wide avenues, dotted with old historic building build in classic spanish style, but of course there are also some rough areas - slums. First thing to notice is incredibly chaotic traffic, Lima is huge city without tube and two lines reserved just for buses are not an exception. Most of the buses still running wouldnt stand a slightest chance in passing MOT - it was obvious from the very first sight. In the evening we didnt want to walk too far from our hotel so we went to visit nearby chinese town where we had our dinner, but to be honest, it wastn great.
