Colca Canyon, one of the deepest in the world, is set among snow capped volcanoes one side and a mountain range the other. It's semi arid land and is home to about 40 families of condors as well as Quechua and Aymara speaking Indians. the pan pipes range in size from high pitched mini to some that reach the floor and have a deep breathy sound.
