In the morning we were late for breakfast but got it anyway. Afterwards, I went up on deck and got caught up on this. Just as I was finished they announced the lecture on Evolution. Did I go? Yes I did. The lecture was mainly about Darwin's finches and a few other such animals. We didn't do much until dinner except have lunch, but at dinner Michel played the guitar and sang a bunch of American songs like "This land ..." and "When the Saints go marching in," and "Home on the range" and lots others. After dinner, we went to the cocktail lounge for a captain's party. I went back up to the cabin to finish packing and about 10 minutes later Mom and Dad came up and said that they wanted Ard and me to dance with them. We did but I felt like a dope. Afterwards, they gave me a coke and Ard and I went to bed.
