In the morning, after breakfast, at 10:00 we went to a review lecture on the cruise. All four of us took notes. Fifteen minutes after that they told us the history and geology of the Galapagos. Krouse told us some stories about the early settlers. At 4:00pm they gave us a slide show on the animals we didn't see. It included penguins. Later on, Dad thought that he had spotted whales blowing but it was only porpoises that were leaping at least eight feet out of the water. After dinner, there was no lecture.
