Today was our last day in Ecuador. Our check out from our hostel was by 12, so we had enough time to sleep long /last night we arrived after midnight/ and packed our stuff. We didnt plan anything particular for this day, just to wander through streets of Loja. Loja is one of the nicer, friendlier and cleanier ecuadorian towns and we enjoyed just walking and not being in a hurry anywhere /well except when our digestive problems revealed themselves again/. We visited few churches and noticed everyone dissappearing down the hole in a church floor. Of course we were curious what was going on and folloved them. In the end we found out that there are some sort of catacombs full of tumbs like a graveyard. We thing that they also have something like all Saints day, because all those people were tending "their" graves, cleaning them and bringing fresh flowers. And then it was time to leave after 3 weeks and move to another country - Peru. We chose a night time bus because it calmer and we could sleep through the journey which took 8 hours. On the bus there were just 6 of us, so we could make ourselves really comfortable.
